Pricing and Product Availability

We take great care to try and avoid errors in pricing, stock levels and product information. If mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to receive a refund for this individual item, substitute the out of stock item for another or cancel and receive an immediate refund of your entire order.

Utopia Goods makes every effort to ensure that all of the transactions that occur on its website are secure. We provide a range of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard and Amex.  All orders are processed using the secure payment gateway, eWay, or Paypal.

Exchanges and Returns 

We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value (less the cost of postage if applicable).

Should you wish to exchange an item please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact at us info@utopiagoods.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  1. Your item/items may be returned to Utopia Goods, if they are in their original condition. 
  1. Please direct all returns along with your order number, note of whom you have corresponded with and your contact details to:

Unacceptable Returns

Merchandise that has been cut or processed
Custom orders
Discounted or discontinued merchandise
Fabrics or wallcoverings that have had a special process applied such as flame proofing, backing, special coatings, etc.

 

Refunds

Utopia Goods does not issue refunds unless required by law. Utopia Goods fabric is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of confirmed invoice payment.

We aim to provide our customers with product of the highest quality. Should you believe your item/items to be faulty please contact us at info@utopiagoods.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We request you send a photograph of the fault/faults in order to assist us in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been assessed, and in the event that a flaw or fault is identified, refunds will be made via eWay or directly into your nominated credit card within 48hrs of receiving your item/items back to the studio.

 

Colour and Print Variation

All of our fabrics and products are hand screen-printed. The colour and print placement on the product you receive may differ slightly to that shown on online. These variations are not considered faults.

Utopia Goods utilises the highest quality dyes, but our products are not guaranteed against color fading from undue exposure to the sun or other atmospheric conditions. 

Utopia Goods screenprinted products are made by hand utilising traditional printing methods. Due to the nature of hand printing metreage items are not identical. Irregularities in fabrics or prints are characteristic of the manufacturing process and there may be slight markings or variations in appearance which are technically unavoidable and part of the beauty and appeal of 'made-by-hand'.

Woven and printed patterns cannot always be completely square on the cloth. Before cutting, make sure pattern alignment is adequate to produce a satisfactory result.
